“Johnny and his Crew are First Class . We call them about every summer to give the Old Ice Machine at the shop a tune up . You won’t find a more Honest , Humble Christian Man to do business with . I have known him for over 20 years and his word his bond . His Handshake is his Contract . His guys always call and follow up the next day and will return if need be . I only wish more businesses would take a note out of his page . They stay backed up because they are that good. I will wait on them because I know what I’m getting when they come . “Quality Heat & Air replaced our HVAC and duct work when we purchased our house in 2017. They performed exceptional work and were the lowest price of the four companies who gave us quotes.

Fast forward to Monday, we had Quality out for our yearly service/cleaning. Ralph Williams, the technician who performed the work, was absolutely fantastic. He was timely, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. Later that evening, I noticed our mini-split HVAC unit (not purchased from Quality) was not working. I called after 5pm and within minutes Ralph called me back and helped me trouble shoot the problem. Tuesday morning, I noticed a puddle of water in our sunroom where the unit is installed. I assumed the condensate line from our fridge was clogged, and went on about my day. When I went back out there around 5:30 pm, I realized that the water was coming from the mini-split. I called and left a message asking for them to call me the next day. Ralph called within minutes and told me he would be right out. He was able to diagnose the issue (failed condensate pump - which had nothing to with anything he did) and offered me a fix that would ensure we never had this issue again. Today, Ralph came out fixed the issue as discussed, and we no longer have standing water in the floor. I cannot say enough good things about our experience and Ralph.

I truly hope that Quality Heat and Air realizes what a tremendous asset that Ralph is to their business. Additionally, I would highly recommend anyone in need of HVAC needs or service to contact Quality Heat and Air!“

Although Turner Mech was ready to resolve the issue, Allstate Insurance and Old Republic Home Protection would not pay for the repairs.
