As our project is coming to its final stages in Habersham, I wanted to just express my appreciation to both Jeff and Mark. My wife and I have undertaken 4 prior homebuilding projects over the past 20 years here in the Low Country, without a doubt this final undertaking with WaterMark Coastal Homes by far exceeded everyone of those. We have been fortunate enough to have lived in some of the finest communities here(Belfair, Palmetto Bluff), but my wife's heart always belonged to Habersham and Beaufort. Our research for our final project led us to WaterMark and Jeff/Mark. From the design phase moving forward, we have thoroughly enjoyed working with them. Their knowledge and expertise as well as their attention to every detail was a huge advantage to providing us with such a beautiful home. Along with their undeniable talent and being an absolute joy to work with, they always managed to foster positive discussions and advice during each phase of the project. Most importantly they were true to their word. Maria and I without any doubt recommend Jeff and Mark (WaterMark Coastal Homes) wholeheartedly if you are considering to build your DREAM home.
