The place is exceptionally clean I was super surprised with the new machines. The only thing was not good for me was the one girl at the counter . I wanted to re open my membership, she seemed totally uninterested , not really willing to help I even asked her if she didn't want me to re open membership, lots of attitude. I never got a comfimation e mail so I guess tomorrow I have to ask her again to check in . Apart from that the place is awesome !!!
I have been a membership at this Planet Fitness since it opened. I do miss the 24/7 hours. Saturday and Sundays it doesn’t open until 7AM. I have the black card membership and overall satisfied with facility and the staff for the membership price. It’s conveniently located for me.
Nice & clean. Most people are courteous, always a few jerkies that don't wipe down & hog equipment but few & far between. Circuit room was useless as it had no monitor to guide you on what to do. I just read in another review they got rid of it now so I'll have to check out what replaced it. Hoping for some boxing equipment! The new treadmills suck though. The buttons don't respond for changes in incline in particular. You have to keep pushing over & over before they respond. Other than that it's a good place to go in, do your thing & get out, which is exactly what I'm looking for as outdoor activity is nearly impossible in SC summers.
