A very Honest Shop. Seems to be ran professionally. I cant comment of price's. Due towards my repair was paid through my dealership. I still recommend getting a quote here before others ✌️

Had my Honda in for timing belt, water pump, plugs & serpentine belt. Service was provided timely and final charge was slightly over estimate. All good. Annoyance came in when I was reviewing the invoice. All the parts were essentially "anonymous". No idea what brand or quality of parts were used. I had asked for Iridium plugs but I have no idea what quality or even if they were iridium. All it says is "spark plugs" All materials are labeled "MISW". May be all good stuff, but how is a customer to know? ADDENDUM: Kizer responded with an apology, indicating they were out of town (holiday weekend) or they would have responded when I inquired.... read full review

I was referred to Kizer's because of their customer service. And that is what i received. The office manager/scheduler was pleasant and easy to talk to. They called to let me know what was wrong and had me in my car when I was told. Highly recommend, and I will return.
