Haven't actually had anything built by them yet. But they are building a house for my parents and went and took a look at a lot we were interested in buying to tell us if it would be a good lot to buy. Turns out it was not. They could have charged us a lot of money to get the lot buildable but told us we could keep looking So they turned away potential short term business in exchange for trust. That's big in my book. I will buy a plot of land in Beaufort and they will be my builders when it happens.

I went through this company to build my first home with my husband. Jami, the office manager, was a delight to be around and she made the process so easy for us. The owner of the company, Joe, was extremely hands on and the office staff were so polite. I wouldn't go through any other company to build another home.

This business is by far Beaufort's best company for your construction needs. The owner and office manager handle problems expeditiously when they arise and they have no problem walking you through every step of your projects lifecycle. The office staff and site managers are responsive, courteous, and do everything in the their power to ensure customer satisfaction. Highly recommend! I can not give this company enough stars.
