I was pleasantly surprised to learn from a friend that I could have my oriental rugs professionally cleaned right here in Beaufort at JM CALLAHAN’S Rug Cleaning Service. From the moment I first spoke with Mr. Tyler Morgan, it was the most pleasant experience resulting in my rugs being returned looking brand new! Mr. Morgan was knowledgeable, kind, and dependable in addition to being fairly priced. His workmanship was beyond my expectations! I will definitely call on this company for future work. Exceptional service — went above and beyond!

I manage a short-term rental on St. Helena Island, and when a guest spilled alcohol on one of our rugs, I needed someone fast and reliable. I called J.M. Callahan Carpet and Oriental Rug Cleaning on a Friday, and by Sunday afternoon, Tyler had already driven out to pick up the rug.

The turnaround was incredibly quick, the rug came back looking great, and Tyler kept me updated every step of the way through calls and texts. That kind of proactive communication is genuinely appreciated when you're managing a property remotely.

My carpets are wonderful after J M Callahan’s excellent service. I had previously had them done by Chem-Dry and they were horrible! They left my carpets dingy and stinking! J M claimed them and saved me from having to replace my carpets. I am so thankful and love the excellent work they did. They also cleaned an expensive upholstered chair for me and I love it.
