Recently had my oil changed, and Taylor was the technician who provided me with excellent service! He explained everything to me and has made me ensure I'll be returning in the future!
The express oil change team did an amazing job. Jaheim and Taylor made sure I understood the services that were available to me and what services were recommended for my vehicle. Very professional. 10 out of 10 service! Great job guys.
This could have very easily been a one star review if it wasn’t for the manager Denzel at this location. I had an oil change yesterday, then drove my car all the way to bluffton for work. When I got back in my car at the end of the night it had no oil left in the car. This morning I went back to the express oil and explained the situation to Denzel. He drove all the way to my car in bluffton to repair it where it was. The plug for the oils drain was gone so unfortunately he couldn’t repair it there, but he had it towed and repaired everything for me. He was kind and professional and went above and beyond to fix the situation
