“Guys that came out did a good job and were personable. Installations look good with minimal damage to repair. However, they estimated the time wrong, which was obvious to even me that two guys wouldn't get everything done in a day. So, we had to have them come out again days later, which was a bit of a hassle. Had to call their office a few times to get the process going at the start of the whole thing too. They didn't inform me of the first scheduling either, had to call to find out. They just said we will get you on the books and then they ghosted me for a week, so I had to bug them to even know when it would happen. Also, when I got the invoice, it was setup to be a bank drafted payment only, that was never mentioned at all. I would have preferred to use a credit card. Sooooo, I'd say the site staff was great, but the office staff definitely needs some more work and effort put in on their side.“
