We are selling our home. After receiving a repair addendum from our buyer, which included a roof sheathing repair as well as venting three bathroom vents through the roof, we were scrambling to find a company who could get the repairs completed quickly as we had a tight timeline to complete things by. Mauricio was friendly, communicated well through the entire process and his crew did an excellent job completing the repair quickly. Great experience. Purchased our historical home knowing the flat roof was in terrible condition and the metal front roof needed restoration. All damaged areas were carefully repaired, nice new TPO roof and fully restored original roof. Professional, well managed and sensibly priced.
