Getting a medical test performed at a large complex like this could be challenging. I was told to go to 955 Ribaut for an imaging, but redirected to 989 Ribaut which was a short walk across the campus. When I arrived at the imaging facility, I was the only one for an 8:30 appointment. I did the online check in and also provided them with my license and birthday. They quickly issued a wristband. I sat for 2 minutes and was called back at 8:30 a.m. exactly. The imaging took 15 minutes. I was out by 8:45 a.m. without needing to check out. Very quick and efficient. I was super impressed.
on november 14 2019, i registered to have lab work for an upcoming doctor appointment. i checked in at 9 15 am and did not get in to have blood drawn until almost 2 hours later. i had seen many other patients register and go before me so i asked at registration if they could check, lady there told me to go check so i did only to find. one person reaches back to printer and gets out papers and told me i had to wait as others were ahead. then turns out they had paperwork mixed up and eventually called me to come to labs . these 2 were not friendly at all one shelli was engrossed with her cell phone, the other one i presumed to be training her took my blood and it was the most painful experience iv had giving blood. between their attitude and medical incompetence im am suprised they would be working with patience . someone needs a refresher course i do believe.
Went to the ER at 10:00 pm on a Thursday night. The hostess delivered a professional greeting and quickly got me checked in. From the time that I arrived until I saw a doctor was less than 5 minutes, for non-life threatening visit. The doctor and nurse were both very thorough with their listening and explaining about my condition. I was treated quickly and released with superb treatment within 23 minutes from the time I stepped into the ER. As an out-of-towner, I felt this was an excellent experience, that I wish my hometown ER would model.
