Our heat stopped working this past week. We called Custom Comfort that morning and they were out there within a few hours. It only took them about 45 minutes to fix it. The repair price was reasonable as well. I definitely recommend them.
They had someone out within a few hours and was able to diagnose the issue our unit was having very quickly. Techs name was Scott, nice guy.They were recommend to us by a friend and we will be recommending them to others!
I'd recommend these guys all day long.In 2011, I bought a 1995-built house with original AC/Heat units for both upstairs and downstairs. The downstairs unit died in 2017 and the upstairs unit died in 2021. Since owning this home, I've used Custom Comfort to do the occasional small repairs getting the most life out of those original units. I also used them for the eventual replacements on both of those units. The staff is professional, they do a great job, and they stand behind their work.If you're looking for the cheapest, these guys may not be for you.
