Just had a guy named Nate come out to my house to get my shower fixed. It was an unusual issue with my tankless water heater and to took a little bit to diagnose, but he was really patient and stayed at it until it got worked out. He was really nice and very professional. Fair price, good service, and easy to work with all around.
I had a gas leak that needed to be looked at. The technician, Nicholas, came out and assessed the problem and replaced the rusted pipes. He also took the time to let us know what was going on and what steps he took to correct the situation. I would definitely recommend them.
Hank has been here on several occasions. Some emergency and some just regular maintenance. He has always shown up promptly and able to fix all of our leaks the same day. Always does a great job! He is very friendly and extremely patient as some of our leaks have not always been the easiest to get to. When we had a major leak he even was able to refer us to a restoration company to help fix the damage caused by the leak. Always happy to see when it's him who pulls in the driveway because we're always confident things will get fixed quickly and correctly!
