My husband and I are purchasing land separately and not through a land/home package, yet Colby has gone so far out of his way to contact the realtor for us so that when we do place a home, it’s a smooth transition. Something he does not have to do. He constantly keeps me updated with homes we’ve showed interest in, he walks us through numerous homes, taking his time to show us everything. He answers his phone when he doesn’t have to and goes out of his way for clients. You can tell this is more of a “family” run business just by how personable they are. So far, I can’t say enough good things about this business!“
