Scott arrived with all the equipment and tools necessary to replace a piece of metal trim at least 25 feet high at the top of my house. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and confident. He stated how he planned to accomplish the task, what the final price would be, and asked me to push “accept” if I agreed. I needed a big room air conditioner removed and a new one installed. They came out and got it done. This was not a normal installation so it was somewhat hard. They did not complain and got it done. I am very happy with their work.
The technician, Michael, did an excellent job. He kept us posted on when he would arrive. He also explained what he was going to do as well as suggesting a few time and money saving alternatives. I would definitely have him tackle our next project.
