I selected someone from Maid To Clean to do a move-in clean. She initially said she would like to start early in the morning. Then the day before she decided 10 was the earliest she could get there. After the repeated text, because it was well past 10 she finally answered and said she was on her way only 4 miles from my house. It took her over an hour to get there. The most important task for that day was getting the carpets shampooed so they would dry overnight ready for the movers the next day.
