I have a small loan through Local Finance in Anderson SC, I have always paid my payments on time or no later than a few days late, This month I am two and a half weeks late and now I have Covid.So I called the Anderson office and got yelled at by the so called boss and he almost had me in tears Because how he was saying to me your not going to raise your voice at me when for sure I told him Sir I haven't raised my voice, I completely willing to have my payment in by next Thursday, he says we'll you have to come in a discuss this with us, and I just told him Sir I Don't have a vehicle at the moment because I'm having my Van fixed, he says very rudely well you sure had no problem coming in to get the money. I have never been so disrespected in my entire life, and he was the most unprofessional boss I have ever talked to.He kept saying well you refusing to come into our office I said no Sir I never said I am refusing I just tried to explain I Don't have a ride. I need help with this unprofessional business because I know that isn't the way you talk to someone especially since I was the one that called to let them know the day I will be making my payment and I got treated like a piece of shit by him!!!!! I am sick running a fever and he lied saying I said I refused to come in when I told him over and over I am not refusing, also he said I raised my voice and he was yelling almost screaming at me, I hope these phone calls are recorded because I deserve an apology and for no one else to ever be talk to or treated this way. I have never ignored them or not made my payments and the one Time and he treats me this way. I suggest if anyone is considering a loan, do not use this local finance in Anderson SC on 28 bypass.

Go to h&r block. They get the right amount but then convince you to take an expensive net spend card so they can give you an advance then deny it. Why they don't even know because they get my $6300 refund before me plus I have good credit. Just use taxslayer or hr block they don't mislead youHere we ate now I filed jan.28 and today 0n 3/8 the irs claims they don't have them they won't answer questions stay far far away they stole over $6000 of my taxes

Got a call, asked for Michael, my name, said my account is due. I said I don't owe you anything. Lady said she was manager got attitude saying you said you were michael, and hung up. I am a Sr., Called back and still rude. I advised her it was probably my son's account. She confirmed his number was not same as mine. I told her to call him. Not a very good way to get money owed to a company and get people to come back. I feel sorry for the people that have to deal with this lady.
