    Billing over charge for duplication of panoramic films. I was given the excuse that the employee was new and " ditsy" and had made this mistake before, but even so this charge will remain my responsibility, as they have no way to "fix it". I demanded to speak with Dr Cox several times before and after he moved to new location. I was told he could not do anything about it. A dentist who has no control of his staff or financial issues within his practice is a dentist I will stay far away from and suggest others do also.

    Update on August 10, 2023: I'm updating my review to 1 star from 3 stars as in the process of trying to change dentists they informed me that since I have a balance due (from the appointment issue below where I was being charged for "being argumentative" for bringing up my pain that occurred after my fillings), they would not send my records. Not only should I not have a balance due, but I was informed by another dental office that this violates the AMERICAN DENTAL ASSOCIATION and HIPAA regulations. I'm upset that this practice went from a pleasant place to a place where I could not voice about my pain without being tacked on an additional cost and then trying to leave...read full review
