Chase and his team were excellent. They were on time for routine pumping as I hadn’t had that done before on my home that was approximately 3 1/2 years old. After opening up the lid it was apparent that my system wasn’t functioning as efficiently as it should. Corrective measures were taken as explained and were reasonably priced. Suggestions on water usage made to help improve the flow. Definitely getting on the 3 year maintenance plan. Would recommend Clean Flo Sewer and Septic for maintenance or repair needs.

Chase and Devin responded out after I called in reference to issues with our septic tank. I told him what we were experiencing and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Once they started the work to clean the drain fields he showed me what they were doing and some issues I had. They left the site clean and gave instructions and recommendations for the future of the system. I will eventually need my drain lines replaced and I will call Chase and Clean Flo to do that when the times comes.Services: Sewer cleaning
