I had a wonderful experience here! Everyone was very friendly and helpful and went out of their way to explain everything. They each took the time to provide great information and go over all of my options. Dr Patrick was very friendly and did a very thorough exam. Highly recommend!
I have taken my family to Dr Gary Shepherd and the Walmart Vision Center for years. Dr. Shepherd is always professional and knowledgeable. The Vision Center has always been very helpful and has replaced my children's glasses at no charge numerous times. Their warranty is above and beyond expectation! I have never had a less-than-stellar experience with Dr Shepherd and the staff at The Vision Center. Ask for Grady at The Vision Center. He's awesome!
Judy the manager was "Awesome". My daughter and I came in and the experience was like a friend helping another friend in need. Judy was very patient with us and couldn't seem to do enough to help my daughter and me. Judy you are Wonderful! Thank you so very much!
