Trinity Home Health of Aiken has been part of the CSRA community for over 30 years providing Nursing, Aid services, Social work and Therapy. Our nurses are trained to provide best practice care in the areas of Diabetes, Heart Failure, COPD, Wound Care, Infusion therapy as well as many other health care needs. Our Therapy team which includes physical, occupational and speech therapy provides multiple therapy clinical programs: Active life balance, Continence Control, Low Vision, Senior Living and Active Minds. Trinity's goal is to partner with our patients and community healthcare providers to help you thrive and remain safe at home.
