I was gifted a massage from a friend. I was nervous when I walked in the door because I just felt like I didn't have the time for a massage. I felt like I needed to be somewhere else doing something or helping someone. I am glad that I was encouraged to take time out for myself. I enjoyed the massage and often felt myself almost drifting into light period of sleep, something that is hard for me to do at times.
