Efficient Heating and Air Conditioning LLC

Great customer service. Air Conditioning went out July 4th . I called Derrick the next day and he was able to order the part needed. The part came in late Monday afternoon due to the weekend and he came right out and installed it for us so that we could get some relief from this heat. Highly recommend!

Had another company come out and said one of my heat strips was bad. $125 for service call and diagnostic. Also, the tech never even went under the house. Called back several days later and advised would be $875.00 to repair. Called Derrick at recommendation from my sister. Service Tech was here within 2 hours. Diagnosed as a bad relay and also said I didn't need to replace as I still had 2 working heat strips. Also checked under the house and there was duct that needed to be replaced as I was basically heating and cooling underneath the house. They were here the next morning and repaired the duct work. I’m not a review writer, I just expect businesses to take care of their customers. But I had to write a review after the excellent, timely, and EFFICIENT work that Derrick and his team did for us this summer. One part went out on our HVAC system this summer, which led to other issues in the system. Derrick responded to our issue and worked with the maker of our unit to be sure all our parts were covered under their warranty.
