Great customer service. Air Conditioning went out July 4th . I called Derrick the next day and he was able to order the part needed. The part came in late Monday afternoon due to the weekend and he came right out and installed it for us so that we could get some relief from this heat. Highly recommend!
Had another company come out and said one of my heat strips was bad. $125 for service call and diagnostic. Also, the tech never even went under the house. Called back several days later and advised would be $875.00 to repair. Called Derrick at recommendation from my sister. Service Tech was here within 2 hours. Diagnosed as a bad relay and also said I didn't need to replace as I still had 2 working heat strips. Also checked under the house and there was duct that needed to be replaced as I was basically heating and cooling underneath the house. They were here the next morning and repaired the duct work. Everything works great and it was less than half of what the other company quoted. Definitely will recommend this company.
