I have been working with Cynthia since March 2020 and she has been excellent!!! We switched up my diet, exercise and food portions, my weight dropped and I built more muscle. I could not be happier!!!! We went over reading the food labels and what not to eat which was very eye opening!Working with Cynthia has changed my health, life and future! I recommend her to anyone!!!

I only had 3 appointments with her two years ago because of my insane job but I will say she changed my life. I learned how to live healthy and here I am 3 years later 42 pounds less and I don't even say the word diet in my life. Because I'm not on a diet...I'm living.
