We can't say enough good things about Bragg! We have been customers for over 7 years. When we needed a new HVAC, Roger sent us a very thorough analysis of all the major brands and our options - date stamped at 1:00 am! Will and Roger have mostly been servicing us, and are not only thorough, but highly responsive when we have any issues. Yesterday, John came over in response to an SOS from us - our newest unit wasn't working and that section of the house - the one we live in mostly - was over 90 degrees inside. John immediately replaced the capacitor, and then stayed until he was certain everything was working properly, that the air coming through the vents had dropped, and the ambient temp was dropping nicely. In a few hours, we were back to normal. We are still comfortable today. These guys are hard working, and they are experienced and know what they are doing. We will continue to use them as long as we are in Aiken.
