He is more than just a hairdresser. He truly cares about individuals.

I saw the Hair Garage as we passed by it one day and was looking for a new hairdresser. So I called, and Shelby happened to answer my call. She was so kind and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment with her for what I teasingly call a "Clip and Dip." That was about 2 years ago, and she does my hair about every 10-12 weeks. I highly recommend Shelby and the Hair Garage. It is a top-notch salon. Unfortunately, Shelby is leaving in September as she is getting married in October, and she will be moving away to live. I wish her all the best and surely will miss her.
I wanted to leave a review for the most perfect hairstylist, Josey. Josey was and is wonderful every time I manage to get time to get my haircut. Josey does not make you wait long. From the moment you walk in the door until the time you walk out, you are treated with respect, you don't feel rushed, she listens to your needs and always seems to have resolutions. Josey is very talented and I have always been extremely satisfied with the haircuts I have received. She always has a pleasant and friendly attitude and always goes the extra mile. *****5STARS*****They deserve nothing less. I love bringing my godson here every chance I get as Chris and Lewis have given him great cuts. Chris is EXCELLENT with kids and it’s a huge reason I and I’m sure so many others bring their children here. This last visit I couldn’t help but feel uncomfortable with one of the barbers who luckily we haven’t used before. I won’t mention his name because I hope he was just having an off day. The looks of hate he gives to children being children is off putting and not the same vibe that comes from the other barbers. He appears quite angry overall which whatever, maybe he hates his job, but no need to take it out on kids. And I mean he was NASTY eyeing the children that were playing etc while everyone else was smiling and engaging in the play. Kids are little….give em a break dude.
Chris is an excellent barber. The only thing to be aware of is that he has somewhat irregular hours. If you are going late in the afternoon or on a Friday, I would call ahead to make sure he is going to be there. Most of his business is walk-in, unlike most all of the rest of the local barbershops.

I rarely get manicures or pedicures and have some social anxiety but Deirdre made me feel like family. She was the easiest person to talk with and also made sure I was at ease the entire time. It’s hard for me to relax and she helped me to remember to keep releasing any tension. It was more than a mani/pedi to me, I left feeling like a new person. Thank you Deirdre! You’re the best!

Our tankless water heater quit working on a weekend. The on call repairman was out the same day & did his best to try and get it working. He was unable to figure out the problem but had someone here first thing Monday morning and we had hot water by 10:00 am. Very pleased with the service!

Hired Stones floor finish to redo the flooring at our school gym here at Mead Hall School.We were really trying to save this 100 year old floor. We were told by many that it could not be done. Called David and had him take a look at it. He said it could be saved and also the make repairs to it also. They worked on it over the summer. What they did was totally amazing!! Who ever thought that there was such a beautiful floor there after all the years of neglect. What they pulled off was nothing short of a miracle. I highly recommend they for even the toughest job. Don’t let anyone tell you it can’t be done until you talk to them !!

Over the years I have worked with him on unique custom built homes, amazing barns, and on some of Aiken’s most beautiful historic homes that David and the group at Dogwood were contracted to bring back to their former glory. During my time on each of these projects the Dogwood group continued to keep their clients’ goals top of mind throughout.

I'm a little late on my review and I apologize for that but I can't thank Horne's enough. All of my services have been prompt and professional and work with you to make sure everything is perfect. There are two individuals that I would like to give a shout out to in particular. Ricky and Court. The amount of help I received from them due to a fault of myself was nothing short of amazing. Ricky went above and beyond to help me with an issue (no fault of Horne's at all) with getting an inspection done last minute and during Masters week at that. Ricky stayed in contact with me and searched to find someone to assist with the craziness of masters week and came through with Court. Ricky you are a great example to companies everywhere! Next up is Court. He and Ricky were able to talk and Court came out to my property within a few days and gave THE BEST service experience I think I have ever gotten. He was prompt, very friendly, personable, and honest. He arrived when he said he would and gave me a courtesy call beforehand so I had plenty of time to arrive. All in all I have been extremely happy with Horne's. Happy enough to write this long review and I never really leave them this long. Thank you Ricky and Court!!
We recently switched to Terminix from another local pest control company. We’ve been struggling with the same issue with the other company for two years. It took only two visits with Terminix and so far, we’ve gone two weeks with no issues. Melissa was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. I wish we would have switched sooner!
The aftermath of Hurricane Helene left us with a huge, downed tree on our house. We reached out to Morris Tree Service, and they quickly responded, providing us with a very reasonable estimate. Within 2 days, they were on site to remove the tree debris. We can’t express enough how professional they were. They did an awesome job and did everything possible to minimize any further damage to our property. They truly care about the details, even putting down heavy duty mats to run their equipment over and used their leaf blower to clean our yard when the job was finished. We were blown away! I had an injury while working in the yard three months ago that left me with persistent discomfort and stiffness in my right knee area. It wasn't severe enough to warrant a visit to the doctor or hospital, but it was a continuous, nagging problem. After dealing with it for three months and hoping it would go away, my wife recommended I go to Align Life Chiropractic Services and have Dr. Ethridge look at it. I was skeptical, thinking there was nothing he could do about what felt like a muscle sprain.
Despite this, I decide to see him for some insight as to what the problem might be, and a recommend path forward. Dr. Ethridge took the time to listen actively to my account of my symptoms. In just three minutes, he implemented an adjustment that effectively eliminated the problem! The fact that I endured a discomfort for three months, only for him to resolve it in three minutes, is beyond belief! It is now a day later, and I am still truly amazed at the results.

My second visit went much how I believe every visit goes and that my first visit just happened to be a busy day. I arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Checked in quickly. Sat for a short time both in the waiting room and once vitals and such were taken. Dr. Moore is thorough and kind and has warm bedside manner. His staff are equally kind and personable.

I moved to Aiken in October, and have tried 4 other veterinary office for my 6 dogs. I stopped looking once I was referred to and met Dr. Groover and saw the care he provides for my dogs. His expertise and how he sees and approaches every situation uniquely, learns about your pet, asks questions and gets to the root of the cause. No band aids. He truly cares and wants to get to the bottom of any health issues.

I LOVE Aiken Animal Hospital! Dr. Fralick has gone above and beyond for us over the years and takes care of our small animals as if they are her own! She is truly one in a million! We used Dr Brown before she retired and I wasn’t sure if anyone could ever fill her shoes. Dr Fralick has blown me away with her kindness, empathy, compassion, and veterinary knowledge.

I took my senior boxer who had torn her ACL to Dr. Mandy As I didn’t wanna do surgery. Also, my dog had terrible stenosis of the back. Emma did great with laser therapy, and I believe it extended her life and ability to walk. Mandy and her assistant Grace are an awesome team and Emma loved going there as their care and concern for her was displayed in every visit.
We are so thrilled to work with Southern EQ Service! Having just moved to South Carolina we were devastated when we found our sweet Friesian gelding sick. We had not established a veterinarian relationship yet! We called and spoke with Pam, who was incredibly sweet and accommodating. I love Silver Bluff Animal Hospital. We have a large cat with no health concerns (other than his weight) so we don't go often. I look forward to his annual "well baby check" though. We seldom wait long. The doctor and nurse are always interested and interesting. They seem to take the cats' concerns into the conversations. I don't feel like they are extremely expensive either. I'm glad I found them.

Alyssa is amazing! She is very knowledgeable and professional and incorporates stretches into the massage. She gives the best deep tissue massage that I have ever had. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great massage. I can tell a difference after two sessions, and I have already scheduled my third massage with her.

I went into the office on the recommendation of a receptionist at Orange Theory Fitness. My main complaint is sciatica, while a secondary complaint is a stiff neck. Mr. Gerideau is the "real deal"! Most therapists don't really go deep into the sore muscle, but he did. He asks what type of music you prefer during your massage, so your experience internal and external is comfortable for you. I'll be going back for a follow up visit in two weeks.
Super nice people. Don't over work me but can feel my self healing. They know what they are doing and very proficient. I enjoy talking to them and even the other patients. The atmosphere reminds me of a nice salon or barber shop ( in a good way ). I have tennis elbow in both arms and I'm so glad it looks like I will avoid surgery and 12 weeks off work TWICE. Very great full for Nicole and Rebekka. The people at desk are very good also. All the employees are on it. Never seen a business that tends to people so quick and so well.

Extremely professional, personable, thorough, communication was top tier, scheduling was easy and flexible. It was truly an all around pleasurable experience for us as parents and my child as a student. I truly enjoyed how they met my child where she was!
