We used Overholt grading to clear the site for our house being built. After some other companies were too busy to even return a phone call or come look at the site, we were referred to Overholt grading. They were able to come out in a more than reasonable amount of time and were able to get the site cleared and also smooth out some other uneven areas of our property.The builders could not believe how level the site was. Not only was the site almost perfectly level, they did it in a timely and efficient manner. We also use them to put in our septic system and they did an amazing job. They were very personable, professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them!

My husband and I were referred to Overholt Grading for our septic system installation. I spoke with Lyndon Overholt and told him what we needed and he sent me a quote and certificate of insurance. We hired them and a date was set. They called us to let us know when they would be there the next day and they were very prompt. Steven Overholt showed up with his employee, Alex and they got to work. The septic Tank was delivered and they explained everything they would do and answered all of our questions. The whole job was completed in one day and when they were done the area was smoothed out perfectly. They are very professional, pleasant, polite and prompt.
