“Fantastic job start to finish. I got an estimate within two days and was scheduled within a week. All existing shingles stripped, ice and water shield installed on all gutter lines, valleys, hips, ridges and dormers. Synthetic underlayment installed on remainder of roof. All new shingles including hip and ridge shingles installed, new ridge vent, new pipe boots and chimney reflashed. Complete, and I mean complete, clean up (right down to picking up loose nails with super magnets). All done in ONE DAY! “Can’t say enough good things about Rise & Shine Window Cleaning! From their prompt and punctual estimate to their scheduling of their visit and completion of the work, they are top notch and well worth hiring. They sent a crew of 4 men-2 did the inside windows and 2 did they outside. We have a condo with approximately 18 windows 2 doors and they even did the small basement window and the windows in the garage door. All done in about an hour or so and with excellent quality! “4.5 stars really….I am 1,000% satisfied with my roof! Corey was my contact person and he was excellent, very responsive and polite. Very fair price too. Only -0.5 starts because they really beat up my native dogwood. I know the contract says they can do what they need to do to get access, but this tree is not overbearing and could have been cut back more carefully. Instead the workers just hacked at it wherever they pleased without considering the health of the tree. Alas, the dogwood did not produce any berries for the birds this year. Hopefully with some TLC (and a few hundred bucks I wasn’t exactly prepared to spend) from an arborist, it will bounce back.Despite this I would still highly recommend Ferschke Construction for your roofing needs.“

“Had a great experience with A-Tec. They got us a quote free of charge. We were told it would take two days to do the masonry work, 2 levels of flashing, and replace the lining. On the first day, they discovered a colony of bats living between our flashing and chimney. James and Brendan worked with us on a solution and we had a pest removal company come out the next day to install one way doors. James and Brendan worked extremely hard to do all they could in the first 2 days. James then came back out a third day once the bats had flown away to finish the flashing. Highly recommend this company“
