I couldn’t be happier with the roof replacement Franklin Roofing did at my house in Bellingham. I got four quotes and went with Franklin Roofing. They weren’t the cheapest, but their estimate was very reasonable. The reason I chose them is because I could see right away that Shane genuinely cares, and he did not disappoint. They went above and beyond on every detail. They re-pitched the gutters, upgraded me to Pro shingles, redid all the flashings, and even brought in a mason so the front of the house would look amazing (which it does). Throughout the entire project, they kept me updated on progress and what was coming next. Luis and Shane and their crew are fantastic people who care a lot about the quality of their work and about making sure their customers are happy. If you’re reading this, don’t hesitate. After my insurance company surprised me with a 30 day notice of being dropped because they used a drone to take a far away picture of my roof and determined that it “has natural discoloration and streaking”, I called Franklin Roofing and Shane came out to properly inspect my roof. He cleaned off some moss and sealed up a cracked vent pipe boot. Very nice, very professional. He provided me an inspection report saying that my roof has plenty of life left in it. I’ll be submitting it to my insurance company and once they reverse their decision, I’ll be switching to another insurance company.
Great company to work with. Shane and his crew are careful and competent. They kept me informed about when they were arriving, and replaced our broken attic fan in a couple of hours. They matched the old shingles as best they could so the repair blends in. They cleaned up afterwards and we hardly even knew they’d been here! Last year they replaced two leaking skylights on another section of the house. We’ve had no problems since. We recommend them wholeheartedly.
