Horrible service. I had a brand new heating system installed over $12k. Most of the other companies don't even know how to use the system. My four-year-old unit breaks down every year. I call this year because my brand new very expensive unit broke down again. I get informed that in order to be a customer you have to pay a $300 fee. This does not cover the cost of fixing the unit. That's another Fee. I have a handicap 7 year old in a wheelchair with no heat in hot water and this guy wants to extort me for an extra $300?Service: Heating system installation

Horrible Service. Put in a 10k heating unit that nobody knows how to use. Unit is 4 years old and breaks down every year. This year as usual my new unit breaks down. I call for emergency service because I have a handicap 7 year old in a wheelchair. I get informed no service unless I pay to be a customer $300. That fee does NOT include fixing my brand new heater. Extortion at its best.

I have used B&B Consumer Gas for more than 10 years to service my home. They are always very professional, responsive, and reliable. I am very pleased with my new AC, as well as the hardworking, friendly service from Ken, Heidi, Nick and Norm.
