“Our side by side fridge was struggling and we were about to lose a lot of fresh produce and dairy. We contacted Bruce yesterday evening, hoping for a miracle; he came out today, on Father's Day Sunday to troubleshoot and solve the problem (turns out, the seal to our freezer was jacked up so the freezer hadn't been closing all the way, causing the coils to freeze to the point of blocking the vents and preventing airflow to the fridge - he manually defrosted the coils so we didn't have to wait for it to defrost itself). Bruce was personable, professional and gave us some advise on what to look for should the issue arise again in the future.“

Cleaned out the bottom of the dryer. Very friendly professional. Dryer is fixed. Im very happy. I spoke with one other company prior to speaking with John and to just diagnose the problem it would have cost 50 dollars more. So I highly recommend and will call again when needed.“
