This place is amazing! I was in a need of an appointment as soon as possible and they had an open spot and they were able to fit me in which was amazing I showed them a picture and they were able to make it. it was perfect!
Coming from Pawtucket, the home of the American Industrial Revolution, I'd never made the trek all the way out to Woonsocket to check the museum out. But my now LA-based daughter was visiting, and wanted to see the Welcome blanket exhibit since her friend had one on display. (I'm not certain how a museum here is the recipient of 330 handmade quilts and blankets - 99 of which are on display - that will be distributed by Dorcas House to new immigrants, but it's pretty cool right? Maybe because southern New England was the center of US cloth manufacture through the early-mid 20th century?) Ad for the Museum itself: the cultural component of this mill community is front and center. The space is set up in a number of immersive dioramas - rooms and areas visitors walk through to get an experience of those who lived there. The first stop is a farm cabin in Quebec in snowy winter where (push the doorbell) a family decides to move south in the hope of a better life working in the mills. In the replica of a French Canadian Catholic Church we read about religious life in America, and sit in pews near the actual mosaic altar boys to learn a bit about the wave of immigration and the mill worker experience, there's a credit union (kind of explains the Bailey Savings & Loan in It's a Wonderful Life). There's a school room, complete with a teacher/priest and books in the desks in French and English. On the stairs to the second floor, pass posters and stories about others groups of immigrants to the area, along with the rooms upstairs: Woonsocket baseball players, tenement houses, mill and factory memorabilia, and a room set up with the equipment workers toiled at. Oh - dint miss the display of a union hall! My daughter buzzes through art museums. We were here for about 2 hours. And then we got to the room with the blankets. Quite a relevant history lesson here!

Excellent service with a pleasant attitude. Will definitely be back. The room was relaxing, and the atmosphere was comfortable. Emily does a great job and is customer oriented.
Shane is very professional, from first contact thru completion of my session. My first time contacting Shane he listened to what I needed and asked all the right questions. During my session he explained what he was going to do to help me and checked in with me several times to make sure the pressure he was applying was good. When the session was done and I stood up I had no pain in my back for the first time in years. I will definitely be seeing Shane on a regular basis. I recommend anyone in pain to give him a call you will be surprised how good you will feel.

25 years ago-in Port-au-Prince - I've published "Comprendre La Présidence Américaine. My Hope in writing this book was to contribute to a revival-even in Haiti where everything is bought and sold!-of interest in the Constitution of the framers'design and the judge's role in it.....Today, this country remains a jungle of jackals, despite my efforts, ALAS!
If you are looking for a barbershop to get your haircut I highly recommend don’s barbershop. It’s a great atmosphere with good music, sports, vibes, & customer service. My barber Manny has a flexible schedule for haircut appointments and great communication professionally and personally. I am highly satisfied with my haircuts because of Manny’s high attention to detail. I am glad to have found this barbershop after moving to Middlesex.
Went for the first time today. First the place is nice and very friendly. All the barbers there seem like great guys. They joke and talk with the customers and it makes it a comfortable place. A couple of customers were young kids and they handle them fine and had great haircuts. They other guys that were there one had a short haircut and another a longer one, and another also has their beard trimmed and shaped. They were all fantastic and the customers seemed happy...and they all seemed to be regular customers. That is good because they wouldn't keep coming back if they weren't happy. I asked for a typical hi and tight cut from Davis. He was very nice, friendly, and professional. He did a great job and I will definitely be back. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because I never do the first time. I will be going there no question about it but if I get the same great cut again then definitely 5 stars. In closing this place is great across the board. Kids cuts, men cuts, beards, all great from what I saw just waiting. Definitely recommend it and I am positive it would be your new barber shop.

Lynn makes you feel right at home when you walk into Face La Vie! Lynn was great, she did my bridal trial on my bridal shower day so I could see how it would look in photos and what we needed to adjust for the big day. For my bridal make up she was able to make some changes that we found didn’t work or needed to be enhanced from our trial. I’m not a huge makeup wearer, so she walked me through each step and ensured I learned during the process and can now do simple home skincare to keep my skin looking it’s best!Service: Bridal services

I recently tried the scalp treatment at Salon Royale. Amazing experience! My scalp feels refreshed, and I’m impressed! As a guy, I never really understood the importance of scalp health! This treatment was amazing! I definitely see and feel a difference!

Francheska is reliable, 100% PROFESSIONAL! Shes Extraordinary, Amazing & Kind! Francheska has been my Beautician for years she can do it all and can work with any ethnicity any type of hair. I know this because I have straight hair, but I have a teenager that is mixed Puerto Rican & Haitian & Afro American. Francheska has always worked with my daughter and leaves her hair as silky as she leaves mines! Francheska has also done a Keratin Treatment on my teenage daughter and it was such an amazing experience even with it being a 4 Hour treatment she made it through with such great results! (The pictures of my daughter were from months ago when the keratin treatment was done. The Bave Kave has moved and changed their location and ownership. It has been a wonderful experience and I wish them all the Best & Much Success! I highly recommend Francheska if anyone is looking for someone that can assist with their needs it’s DEFINITELY HER!

So Jessica dyed my roots, and then gave me highlights. She did an awesome job and I will definitely go back! Well worth the money not super expensive at all!
I had the pleasure of visiting The Art Den this past weekend with my Mother and Sister for mother/daughter tattoos carefully and considerately done by Eva. We could not be happier with our beautiful fine-line tattoos and with the experience we had!! To begin, Eva is wonderful…she is kind, incredibly knowledgeable, patient, gentle and genuinely excited to see you and give you both an excellent tattoo and a great experience. The studio itself is light and airy and immaculately clean; very similar to what you would expect at a high-end salon or spa. It is the antithesis of the typical tattoo parlor atmosphere and exactly what we were looking for. Eva worked with us to develop exactly the right design that we all agreed upon and with each of us to determine the sizing and placement that would work for us personally. She took time to explain all the paperwork that needed to be filled out, gave us time to complete it, while she thoroughly cleaned and sanitized her space, and then reviewed the paperwork with us and the answers we provided to ensure that we were all safe to be tattooed and would get the best result possible. I would like to add that she took the time to completely clean and sanitize the space after each of us; and while I’m sure there are state requirements involved, it was just so reassuring to see the dedication to those required standards and to her client’s welfare. This was a first tattoo for two of us and I loved how Eva took the time to start slowly and tell us everything she was doing as she was doing it… “I’m just going to apply this…I’m going to wipe this off with gauze…I’m just testing my machine” This was so helpful as you’re laying there anticipating what a tattoo is ultimately going to feel like. Eva started with just a tiny dot within the design to make sure I was comfortable and continued to regularly check in. And while it was mildly uncomfortable at times, I was pleasantly surprised how tolerable it was, especially while laying comfortably and listening to soothing music and chatting with Eva. When we were all done, she took pictures for us with our phones and then went through a very thorough explanation of after care and made sure that we had absolutely no questions. I had very high hopes for what this experience would be for us and Eva, and The Art Den, far exceeded my hopes by leaps and bounds. If you’re looking for a beautifully clean, peaceful space with extraordinarily kind, knowledgeable and talented artists…look no further, The Art Den is the place you have been looking for!!

We just installed a new GREE heating and AC heat pump combo through the Mass Save program with Bileau HVAC- John is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained everything to me and was extremely dedicated to getting the job done to my liking. Kathy in the office is extremely helpful and kind as well. I would 100% recommend them anyone in Rhode Island and Massachusetts! They are an exceptional company!

Joe and his crew redesigned and planted the shrubbery in front of my home in July 2022. I can’t say enough about his attention to detail and quality of work. I used his services again for a spring cleanup in Spring 2023 and was beyond impressed by the work. I’ll be reaching out again for a fall cleanup!Services: Landscaping maintenance

Dr Forman's been my only dentist for 30+ years. He has an incredible skill repairing broken teeth with very durable results! Great staff and hygienist, and always able to fit me in if urgent matter, like broken tooth today! His rates are very reasonable, never upsells for example to a crown if not really needed. HIGHLY recommend!

I have been to both the Cumberland and the Woonsocket location! I love both of them. Everyone has been nothing but kind and understanding. They also listen to you, to really help you with your pain. I have nothing but good things to say about the Aragao Family! Thank you for helping me through so tough issues! I would recommend this place over any other place!
