I’ve been coming here for a few months and I love it! There are always machines available and the facility is very clean and accommodating. The fitness classes are wonderful and I look forward to them each week!
I have trained at gyms since 1989. Westerly fitness for sure is the most friendly of all I have trained at. The owner is super knowledgeable. He has all the equipment you would need, without it being cluttered. The people who train here are both helpful and respectful. I have never seen so many people willing to help others. Although I have been around, I have asked others about thier exercises. They have always taken the time to show me what they do. As a result, I have been crushing it fitness wise.
