I absolutely recommend Servpro! The faucet in the pantry had not been turned off completely and we woke up to a disastrous water mess! On a Sunday within 2 hours Servpro arrived! After mopping up the hardwood flooring which was soaked and the concrete basement floor and the dripping wet original 1858 structural beams, they installed at least 12 commercial fans and dehumidifiers that were removed three days later. Yes, there are issues that need to be dealt with, but they are on top of it. They've spoken directly to my insurance company. They've taken care of everything. I had smoke damage throughout my home. I can't speak highly enough of how amazing ServePro did in cleaning my home. They were so professional and had a well oiled team. There wasn't a stone left unturned. They came in with slippers on their shoes and gloves on to clean my home. Julie in the ServePro office was easy to reach and very responsive and available every time I called her no matter the time of day/night. In great confidence I would highly recommend this company.
