Professional, honest and reliable. He took the time to listen to my dishwasher problem. His prices are reasonable. I will call him again whenever I have an appliance that needs repairs.

Once again, my refrigerator was acting up this time with frost on the inside of the refrigerator section. I called Jason, the "Appliance Doctor." and he scheduled the next day to come to assess the problem. Unfortunately, there was illness in his family and he had to postpone the service call one day - notifying me through text and rescheduling immediately. That next day he arrived quite close to the appointment time and texted me to indicate that he was running a few minutes late. Jason is reliable and prompt. Unfortunately, he indicated that it was time to start shopping for a new one to replace this over 30 year old unit. . He was honest enough to explain that this refrigerator, at this point, is not worthy of repair as that would be very, very costly and it might not last but a few months. Although I was upset and broken-hearted, I was so very appreciative of his honesty. His service fee is as reasonable as he is kind-hearted, and caring and he knows his "stuff!"

We have a GE Profile refrigerator we purchased from a local, established appliance store about 5 years ago. The ice maker started leaking and freezing the cubes in the tray, making them unusable. The ''established" repair service, connected to the store, would not return calls or emails. We reached out to Appliance Doctor and they called right away, made appointment for the next day, and had it fixed in 3 days. Excellent service, met commitments and (reasonable) price up front, also, a really nice service professional. Highly recommend!!!
