We woke up to no heat this morning, called Patriot and less than 1 hour the technician was here. He diagnosed the problem in no time and had us up and running. We have been a Patriot customer for 10 years and had 2 service calls, all deliveries and service have been excellent.

I have been a customer with Patriot Oil for years and they have always exceeded my expectations. They have always gone above and beyond in my experience and that includes an issue I had today in which their customer service proves why I will always remain a loyal customer and highly recommend Patriot Oil to others. Patriot oil is by far the best oil company I have dealt with in many years . Being a widowed mom of two daughters , and having people you can trust is a wonderful feeling . The owner had to deal with my hysterical phone calls when we ran out of oil due to a broken gauge . He kept his cool and assured me he would get oil to me ASAP . He was calm and made me feel comfortable. He also said they would come clean the steam boiler and put in a new gauge so this would never happen again .I used to use 150 gals every 3 weeks before, the man he employs cleaned the waterheater burner and my steam boiler , we now use 150 per month and I have upped the heat in my house by 3-5 degrees...read full review
