Wonderful exercise studio. Lots of zumba and other classes. The Owner is so sweet! As are all the instructors. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and are very friendly. No matter what your dancing abilities are, you wont feel out of place. Trust me I know!!

This has become family. Such a warm, welcoming and an uplifting place to learn so many ways to help our bodies individually and in group classes.
