“We bring all three of our animals here (two dogs and one cat). Every vet we have seen here has been fantastic, but especially the women vets. Dr. Sheckels in particular is a phenomenal vet. She consistently goes above and beyond with taking care of our animals. Knowing that our children are in her care is so comforting and reassuring. One of our golden retrievers is 8 years old and recently had a cancerous tumor removed from his leg. Dr. Sheckels has repeatedly stayed late to change his bandages as he heals. It truly feels like he is her own dog for whom she would do anything. The care Greenwich Valley provides our animals is more than what anyone could hope for when it comes to taking care of their most vulnerable family members.

The vet techs are also absolutely fantastic. They all know our animals by name and make sure to stop in and give them pets during our appointments. They truly are an extended family for whom I will be eternally grateful.“

“My elderly cat got out and wandered off and was picked up and delivered to City Kitty to see if he was chipped. I was out of town and they were able to board him until I got back the next morning. He was well cared for and it was a great part of an otherwise unfortunate situation. Thank you!“

“I've been going to Hoffman's Animal Hospital for some years and have brought several different pets to visit the vet there. I love that it's right up the street from me but also is on the bus line. I have found the Dr to be very professional and courteous as well as proficient in checking my dog over from head to tail. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a veterinarian to give their pets the shots they need and for any other reason needed. Our pets to us are family and they are aware of this“

They were booking out nearly 2 months later but when it came time for the actual visit, they were super accommodating and already prepared to deal with my cats severe anxiety during visits because they took care to pay attention to the notes I’d given them and they got his records from his previous vet!The visit was short but thorough! “Took my 13 year old Collette here for the first time the other day for a wellness check-up ....I had a Dr.Rodehorst who was very gentel ( a must ) withy my girl....asked all the right questions and made no sudden movements witch can be alarming to a 13 year old....staff is very friendly....place is very clean...I will be making an appointment in a few months for Collette's son Jason for a wellness checkup“

“I have been there for over 10 years and l stay for my dogs because Dr Lester is the best. It seems the front desk reception has been an on and off issue for a while for me. I chat a lot about my dogs issues, yes I love my dogs so much I'm talking about a few unprofessional receptionists who should not be working with the public until learning ways to interact professionally when they answer the phone. As in those who give you attitude and leave you on hold 8 ( timed) minutes hang up on you and think it's okay or pull the phone away from your ear or put it on speaker. It's NOT funny that we are dealing with our pets who have BEATING HEARTS and we love more than anything else in the world. I don't care if you don't like us or we chatter too much, but we are talking about our pets not us! You shouldn't be working there if you can work with people and help our pets get better. It's our pets who you allow to suffer. The vets don't need to hear this kind of immature behavior either. My husband and I have noticed a positive change so we thank you.“
