8/30/13-I broke my key in the lock of my Thule carrier as I was leaving for Florida in December 2022. Once in Naples, Florida, I went to a reputable locksmith and they worked on removing the broken key for an hour, but could not get the key out. I came home in May 2023 to Warwick, Rhode Island and took it to United Lock, who I had used before. I left my Thule carrier with Scott, the proprietor of United Lock, and he called me three days later and had removed the broken key from the lock and had also made a new key for me. The service and professionalism from Scott & United Lock is excellent. 5 stars from me.

He definitely knows what he's doing.really big with new style chip keys for vehicles that need programming.But every other lock Smith problem from the smallest key to random problems he can fix it or make it.

Called ahead to schedule an appointment and they came right on time. The gentleman who changed my locks was very polite and did great work. Changed out the locks, created a duplicate keys and was done in less than 1 hour
