These folks know their stuff when it comes to modern electronics. They are also very honest and take the time to explain things. They also give you honest options to a problem and don't try to hard sell you on anything.They are my first choice when having computer troubles. I highly recommend them.

Have used TECH 911 for many years. Ashley Brophy office manager is always pleasant and most helpful. Ashley helped set up some minor files for me in a PDF status with a outstanding attitude and kindness. Have always solved my TECH issues.Rod Maloney Ashley, thank you :-)

Fixed my battery port, it has to be glued back into place. It was done the same day but some sort of phone miscommunication must’ve happened. They said they called me but checking my phone log I did not receive a call. That and the very stiff battery port are the only complaints I have.
