“** I am updating my review after talking with the very nice owner David. He was there to open the doors today (10/14/25) He let us know that he is having staffing issues and he worked out a deal for us regarding the prorate for our package. He now has a sign on the door with updated hours and a notice that he is looking for employment help.
He was very communicative with my husband through texting as well as both of us in person.

It’s important to let the customer know that there are issues interally instead of letting the mind wander about hard earned money being spent on a tanning package with no understanding of why we cannot get the service we paid for.

Original Review-
This salon has the best beds and a convenient location, unfortunately they haven’t been open when they say they are. Out of the 3 times I have tried to go this week they have been open 1 day. I bought an unlimited level 5 bed for myself and my husband- which is about $330 and then the next day they weren’t open- even when the times say they are.
If you can’t staff a business, there should be communication to the customer, the owner should be there to work the hours posted or you shouldn’t be open or taking customers money.“
