RIHI sent a gentleman to my home to discuss siding. Josh was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He came back twice to make sure all my questions were answered. Today, Lou, the GM discussed a discount they could give me, and discussed briefly what the company could offer. I found both these gentlemen straightforward, helpful, and clear. They are interested in what the customer wants and needs. I am able to recommend them to discuss your home improvement needs.
Did an absolutely amazing job repairing my roof true professionals and very nice to work with been in the business for years and know their stuff. Highly recommend for any home repair they specialize in it’s so hard to find an honest contractor, so they should be praised for their honesty and integrity please hire them you won’t be disappointed.
Kat, our Designer, was a ray of sunshine. From the moment she arrived in our home, she was easy to talk to, and listened carefully to our wishes. Kat has a Design Degree, and that was important to us. Equally important was learning that RIHI is a family business and has been operating for 75 years. The company has an A+ BB rating (I checked up on that). We are excited that RIHI will take care of everything from demolition to the finished project. Mike was precise, knowledgeable and helpful. He did a CAD mock-up of our proposed kitchen right then and there, which made the project visual. We excited to get started!
