As someone who's been going to Oaklawn Family Dental for 10+ years, I was not very happy to hear they were making changes. It seemed like they were becoming even worse than what they already were. It turns out these changes seem to have been SO much for the better.
After educating myself on their new billing options, meeting their new dentist Dr. Jason Tubo, and seeing the attitude difference on the rest of the team, I can tell this is going to be a good change for the practice. It's easy to be uncomfortable with change, especially since most patients have been coming here for years, but after our experience this last time in the office, I am looking forward to continuing...read full review
Surprised by other reviews....but notice how most of the bad ones have been going for years, decades, or their whole family goes. A lot will speak on the bad but not the good. I'm sorry these people had these experiences. But this also means there are a lot of other patients that fit that description of going there for years, decades or their whole family goes as well, minus the bad experience. I've been going for a long time, as well as other members of my family until they moved out of state. Had to cancel an appt on a Monday due to car trouble, asked to be put on waiting list for any cancelation and the following Thursday was able to fit me in. Awesome ladies at front desk.
