I trained at NEST all through high school and on my college breaks. With their expert help and guidance I secured a D1 volleyball scholarship and a passion for training and fitness. It’s been over a decade since I have left the area and it’s the benchmark to which I compare all other training facilities, and it truly stands alone. If you are fortunate enough to still live in the area, do yourself a favor and sign up. You won’t regret it.
