Wyatt Kelly came to work on our neighbor's A/C unit. He was knowledgeable, and quickly checked the unit and determined there was a faulty part (contactor). He had replacement part on his truck and swapped out the part., putting the unit back in service.

Jonathan came out to look at my short-cycling AC issue and after some above and beyond diagnostic work that required a second visit (no charge) he figured it out.
He was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions, friendly, courteous, and an *excellent* diagnostic technician.
*Turns out it was a flaky (Nest) thermostat issue that was an easy fix.
