We have been doing business with Mr Rooter of RI for three years now Each and every time we call we are greeted with a very courteous and pleasant person asking “what can we do for you today” They always show up on time (sometime calling to show up early ) A txt with a photo of the tech who will be doing the work Again the person shows up with a smile and how are you today !!!! A quick review of what needs to be done the quote for services is then discussed and agreed upon Work is done quickly and professionally The work area is cleaned and everything put back to where it belongs !! Charles and Marc did a fantastic job with a constant leak I had in my shower and were even able to replace everything with new fixtures/faucet. They were both very kind and very professional. Would definitely use them again!
Excellent service, prompt reply to off-hours emergency, and great communication all around. Shayne was clearly very skilled and experienced, and diagnosed a very tricky situation. Can't give them enough stars.
