One of the best service experiences I've had during my three years in Providence, RI. My call for service was met with courteous customer service, and followed with an expedient service call to my home. My service pro Eric Jensen was the best of the best. He arrived in the estimated time given, was professional, thorough, and ensured the proposed solutions to my problems were the best fix, and in fact did fix the problems before declaring the job completed. I will definitely use Mr. Rooter Plumbing for all my future plumbing needs.
