Granted, my need was pretty simple (12x15" basement window pane) but I dropped it off yesterday afternoon and picked it up today a little after lunchtime. Quick, fair cost, and they're close by to me. Thanks!
Always top notch quality at reasonable prices. I have used them many times over 25 years and have always been highly satisfied. The front desk lady is great, ignore the overly sensitive reviewers that value perkiness over competence.
Very knowledgeable, very fair in their pricing. Old school work ethic, they will bend over backwards to accommodate. The staff may seem a bit brusque to younger folks, too folks who are a little bit older they are efficient. I've been using them for over 25 years and have yet to have a bad experience.
