    Beyond frustrated. In process of purchasing a used vehicle for our son. Since purchased the dealership has had the vehicle longer(4 to 6 weeks)than we have had (roughly 2 to 3 weeks)due to a banging sound that they still have not resolved being the third time bringing back. Each time they have the vehicle for up two weeks at a time. We get no updates until we call to find out. We just want it resolved and safe for our son. It shouldn't take this long and not happy with customer service.

    I had a wonderful experience from the initial greeting to the moment I took delivery of my new Alfa Romeo. Jayro, my salesperson, was polite, knowledgeable, and made the entire process pressure-free. I came to the dealership well-prepared, having researched the trade-in value of my car, a fair purchase price, and competitive interest rates. Not only were my expectations met, but they were exceeded, which I greatly appreciated.

    Service customer service is terrible! The gentleman Corey is extremely rude and talks to you like you’re stupid. I have multiple warrantees and still had me pay because he couldn’t “find” them on my car. Bought my car there within the year and brought it for service multiple times but still asked me where i bought my car from!!! This is the 3rd time dealing with him and i tried to excuse the unprofessionalism the 2 other times but this 3rd time was completely unacceptable a luxury car brand customer service is.
