Stephen was lacking bedside manner and made me feel like I was an inconvenience when I would follow up after a delayed, or incomplete response. To top it off, his bill was exorbitant for the "opinion" that he provided.

Went in for a free consultation to weigh out my options to file my taxes. Stephen took his time reviewing my documents and answered additional questions including a concern from my 2017 filing. He could’ve easily made me feel insecure about filing my own taxes to gain the business, but instead he was honest and provided me with a quote and said he’s be happy to take my business but I was on the right path.
