I'm not even a client, but there must be a client that has a phone number a digit off from mine, because I received numerous texts from a woman named Sarah. Despite repeatedly informing them they had the wrong number, they kept texting an attempt to reschedule for someone. I ended up blocking the number. Stating you have the wrong number once should be enough to let someone know to maybe triple check who they're texting. Never been here, never will now if Sarah is the genius representation of this company.
